Substitution Policy

At JEM Florals, we understand that the availability and seasonality of flowers can vary. Therefore, the flowers featured in each arrangement are subject to change. However, we assure you that we will make every effort to recreate the shown arrangement as closely as possible, with the same level of beauty and quality. If a substitution is necessary, we will select flowers that are of equal or greater value and maintain the overall style and color scheme of the original design. Rest assured, your satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to deliver exquisite floral arrangements that exceed your expectations.

Due to various seasonal and regional conditions, and the variety of unplanned issues courtesy of Mother Nature, availability of some flowers may be very limited in certain areas. Also, specific flower & plant varieties or colors may not be available for delivery on a specified day. Therefore, it is possible that the exact bouquet pictured or requested may not be available for delivery. In this event, the local florist will deliver a second choice of similar flowers and a similar container of equal value and beauty. Every effort will be made to maintain size, shape, and overall color schemes of an arrangement, but there may be some variance due to designer interpretation. In single variety arrangements, variety will take preference over color. Our goal is your complete satisfaction, rest assured that every effort will be made to provide an arrangement of equal or greater value.

Cancellation Policy

Although we process your request at the moment we receive it during business hours, it is sometimes very difficult to get cancellation requests completed in a timely manner. Our network ranges throughout the country and because of the importance placed on a timely delivery of your order and various time zones, it can sometimes be very difficult to stop or cancel a delivery attempt or a placed order. Cancellations must be done prior to delivery, and in all cases within 24 hours of placing your order. Any cancellation requests after this period cannot be guaranteed and are subject to a 20% charge. Please note that cancellations via email are not accepted. Cancellations will also not be permitted for orders where a recipient leaves work early or where we are unable to leave an order due to the individual not being at the address, weather events, construction, or other reasons where we are unable to reach the recipient due to circumstances out of our control. Orders placed for fresh edible Fruit Bouquets also are unable to be cancelled after they are on a delivery route.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 7 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days
The Goods are in the original packaging
The following Goods cannot be returned:

The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.

If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
